Logica uses SyncShield as a tool for offering mobility services |
Logica Finland uses SyncShield as a tool with which to deliver productised mobile device management services for its business customers over-the-air. Practically this means that organisations can outsource all their smartphone management operations, ranging from application installations to content backups, to Logica.
Logica operates the SyncShield service as a managed service (MSP), all elements of this service are delivered to the customer’s devices with SyncShield device management solution. With SyncShield the services can be executed over-the-air, silently and without interrupting the device user. Therefore the device user does not have to physically bring the device into their IT administration every time their mobile applications need to be installed or updated. Logica can administrate different customer accounts from a single SyncShield web user interface. This makes the service delivery quick and efficient.
